5.2. Payment Terms
Initial booking deposit is typically 25-50% of the total package cost
Final payment is due before travel commencement
Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, credit card (via gateway), and international transfer options
5.3. Booking Confirmation
Booking is only considered confirmed when:
Payment is received and verified
A formal confirmation is sent by Travel Connection via email or WhatsApp
Final itinerary is approved by the User
PRICING AND INCLUSIONS
All prices on the Website are indicative and may vary based on season, availability, group size, and special requests. The package cost typically includes:

Political unrest or terrorism
Weather-related disruptions
Changes in local laws or regulations
Travel Connection will not be liable for losses resulting from such events.
THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
We partner with independent vendors for hotels, transport, guides, and activities. We do not control these vendors and are not liable for their acts, errors, or omissions.
We select vendors with care and intervene in cases of disputes, but ultimate responsibility lies with the vendor.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website—including text, images, logos, and itineraries—is owned or licensed by Travel Connection. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part without written permission.REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND USER CONTENT
By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant Travel Connection a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote this content.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove any user-generated content deemed inappropriate, false, or misleading.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
